Acknowledgement of Country

Red Hill Consolidated School would like to acknowledge the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation and their Elders, past, present and emerging, and their connection to this land on which we are now gathered. This land provides us with a place to learn, create, connect, play and explore. We cherish our surrounds, including the beautiful bays and waterways, the mountains and the valleys. As we think about the past and look forward to our future together, we offer our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people.

At Red Hill Consolidated School (RHCS) our educational thinking is based on a firm belief that our 600 students will be provided with every opportunity to develop the necessary skills to allow them to be active participants in a global community. We implement a contemporary approach to teaching and learning offering all students a curriculum that aligns with best practice from around the world.

Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Empathy

School TV

Because parenting doesn’t come with instructions, SchoolTV is a wellbeing resource that can support you in the challenges relating to modern-day parenting.

This award-winning resource helps build relationships, foster connections, enable understanding and break down barriers to navigate a pathway towards better mental health and wellbeing for young people. It can assist in starting conversations on topics that are sometimes awkward or difficult to tackle.

Red Hill Consolidated School is a dynamic and vibrant government school nestled amongst the bushland of Red Hill in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. The school caters to approximately 600 students from Foundation year to Grade 6. Our values of Respect, Responsibility, Resilience and Empathy are woven throughout all aspects of school life at RHCS.

Volunteer

To make a great community at RHCS we have a strong volunteering ethos.

If you, or anyone you know has concerns about sexual abuse by a person who was working or volunteering at our school or at any other Victorian government school, visit the Department’s Report Abuse if you’re a current or former student website. This website outlines support and guidance options available to current or former students, regardless of the time that may have lapsed since the abuse.

Child Safe

RHCS are committed to the wellbeing and safety of all students
